This section is all about how you and you parents can get involved in what you are doing at college. If your parents, parent or guardian can see what you are working on at college they can support you in what you are trying to achieve, and indeed in most cases help you work towards a higher potential grade.
In this context the website you are working on can be shown to your parents, parent or guardian so they can have access to the work that you are producing whilst on this course and can participate in supporting you as a student. This will be discussed with you all during the class.
This is particularly important in the context of an awareness of what is being produced at college, and at home, now you have the ability to work via the internet with this Blogger website.
Also they can give and receive 'direct feedback' and comments to and from the tutor on any concerns or observations that they may have about the course.
Rather than your parents only knowing what is going on at college via a 'Parents Evening' they can see exactly what is happening at any given time during the course.
